Agenda and Addresses from Psion 5 to Mac

Help! Does anyone know how I can shift my Agenda and Addresses and various other data files from my Psion to some suitable software for Macs? If you have done this successfully, I'd be really grateful to hear how you did it, and which software you used. I have a huge collection of recordings and books that I have catalogued on my Psion, and want to be able to carry it around on my Macbook as well.
