Sprint 4G coming to NYC November 1

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - October 18, 2010

Sprint continues to roll out its 4G service around the country. The company says New York City will get Sprint 4G on November 1, while Los Angeles will see 4G service by December 1. Poor San Francisco will get it sometime before the end of the year, but no specific date is yet known.

I've used Sprint's 4G service in Honolulu, Dallas, and Philadelphia, and it's definitely much faster than 3G. Carry your power cord though because 4G sucks a lot of juice. Your battery will be drained in no time.
