Nokia's S60 Symbian-based phones now have support for Mac dashboard-like widgets. The Web Run-Time tools that are now available have allowed developers to create widgets for Symbian based phones. This appears to be a first in the mobile industry but don't be surprised if Microsoft jumps into the mix with their own set of widgets.
