MessageVine Joines Symbian Platinum Program

MessageVine announced today that it has joined the Symbian Platinum Program to support the growing market for smartphones based on Symbian OS(TM). As a Platinum Partner, MessageVine is extending Mobile IM to the Symbian ecosystem.

MessageVine provides always-on, secure real-time IM for a number of platforms, including Windows Mobile, Palm OS, RIM BlackBerry, Symbian, and others. Its IM client connects consumers and business users to IM networks like MSN, AIM, Yahoo! and ICQ, and others.

"This partnership reflects our commitment to the Instant Messaging market and our intent to build upon our mobile strategy," said Tomer Hertz, CEO of MessageVine. "By becoming a Symbian Platinum Partner, we can further expand our Mobile IM and Presence solution and strengthen our relationships with mobile users, application developers, smartphone manufacturers and carriers."
